Requirements
Must:
- Strong communication skills, capable of functioning as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ability to gather, document and interpret business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience in documenting test scenarios, scripts, and user outcomes
- Highly organized with attention to detail in presenting and documenting information
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to think tactically and strategically
- Proficiency in engaging and building relationships with stakeholders
- Experience with requirements gathering through direct interaction or workshops
- Familiarity with prioritization techniques such as MOSCOW
- Self-motivated with flexibility for travel across Europe as needed
- Ability to support projects in identifying risks and suggesting mitigation options
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and interpret business needs into succinct functional and non-functional requirements
- Document test scenarios, scripts, and user outcomes
- Communicate effectively between the business and technical teams, acting as a translator when necessary
- Plan and manage small-scale changes where required
- Maintain consistent engagement throughout the lifecycle of changes
- Collaborate with other business analysts to prioritize and address needs
- Deliver internal processes to meet business requirements from end to end
- Stay updated on relevant business change opportunities
- Support the community of Business Analysts with best practices and methodologies
