Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience across PMO and project environments
- Expert-level capability in PPM tools such as Smartsheet
- Skilled in building and configuring project artefacts, dashboards, and complex workflows
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including creating sophisticated formulas
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies
- Confidence in interpreting project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Strong analytical strengths, including critical thinking and trend analysis
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, structured reports and presentations
- Experience in governance oversight and adherence to PMO frameworks
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to closure
- Excellent communication skills across multiple markets and cultures
- Competent in creating high-quality documentation, training guides, and process materials
- Experience upskilling Project Managers across diverse environments
Responsibilities
- Partner with EU Market PMOs to embed new ways of working and support process and training content development
- Ensure Market PMOs have strong knowledge of PMO practices and Smartsheet
- Design and deliver training on Programme and Project practices
- Develop Smartsheet EU Blueprint artefacts
- Support the facilitation of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process for changes to Smartsheet
- Write requirements for new processes or artefacts within Smartsheet
- Build in accordance with the EU SDLC process
- Write training guides for use across all markets for Smartsheet and artefacts
- Continuously analyse project data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Translate complex data into clear presentations with actionable recommendations
- Develop tools, reports, and processes to enhance analytical capability
- Work with stakeholders to understand insight needs and challenges
- Analyse project data to identify and escalate risks early
- Support health assessments and project closures with data-led insights
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to identify insight requirements
- Analyse data to highlight risks before they impact project delivery
- Maintain the project toolbox, including template creation and document control
- Manage the PMO communication schedule and ensure consistent updates
- Coordinate the Project Community schedule, ensuring speakers, slides, and documentation are prepared
