Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated Business Analyst experience within a Technology environment
- Experience supporting large-scale project delivery involving business process and technology change
- Familiarity with Business Analyst tools and techniques to elicit, document and maintain requirements throughout a project lifecycle (both waterfall and agile)
- Experience in HR, Finance & Legal technology and/or FMCG/wholesale/retail environment (advantageous)
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders through positive and proactive engagement
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to present and document information based on project needs
- Analytical and inquisitive mindset with tactical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to lead and coach others in similar roles under minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, ensuring proposed solutions meet agreed outcomes
- Act as a communicator between the business and technology, translating requirements where necessary
- Keep knowledge of business change opportunities up to date and relevant
- Plan and manage small scale changes as needed
- Serve projects that are part of the Enterprise Services technology portfolio
- Support prioritization of requirements based on business value and alignment to desired outcomes
- Work with business and technical teams to ensure recommended solutions meet business needs
- Challenge and influence teams for alignment with business strategy and delivery roadmap
- Communicate cross-functionally between operational and technical teams, acting as a translator where necessary
- Work within internal project delivery governance processes, with a familiarity of both agile and waterfall methodologies
Description
We are recruiting for a Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Services Team (Finance, HR & Legal) on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will work across initiatives that support our Enterprise Services functional area in projects spanning Europe. Youll partner with cross-functional teams to capture business needs and ensure successful project delivery. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement based in either our Covent Garden, London office, or our Ashford office, requiring office visits three times a week. Youll play a key role in driving best practices within the community of Business Analysts across technology functional teams.
