Must:
- In-depth User Research experience in Agile teams and complex programs
- Experience in the Government and/or NHS sector
- Strong knowledge of User-Centered Design (UCD) methods
- Proven ability to lead User Research projects for diverse stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong facilitation skills for remote and in-person User Research workshops
- Ability to create User Research deliverables and support clients throughout the design process

We are a leading global IT and Digital transformation business specializing in Government projects. This is a 6-month contract role with remote/hybrid working arrangements primarily based from home, with occasional travel to our offices in Leeds and Reading.
