Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Solution/Enterprise Architect in the Telecom domain OSS/BSS
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture and implementations
- Extensive knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solution designs
- Experience in leading technical direction, architecture design, and platform governance
- ServiceNow Certifications preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Master Architect, Certified Technical Architect, CIS
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to ensure best practices across modules including TSM, TSOM/ITOM, IRM/GRC, SPM, OMT, CSM, HRSD, SecOps
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction and architecture design for ServiceNow implementations
- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for enterprise programs
- Translate business requirements into technical solution designs
- Drive platform standardization, governance, and scalable design
- Define integrations, data models, workflows, and technical requirements
- Ensure best practices across various ServiceNow modules
- Collaborate with teams to implement effective ServiceNow solutions
Description
We are a global IT Consultancy currently seeking a Solution/Enterprise Architect for a 6-month contract in London with hybrid working options. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a ServiceNow design and integration project for an external client. We offer competitive compensation of up to £500/day (outside IR35) and create a collaborative environment that values innovation and excellence.
