Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Service Design / Service Transition roles
- Strong understanding of ITIL / ITSM frameworks
- Ability to lead and coordinate Design, Governance, Business Change, and transition activities
- Experience creating governance artefacts: SHLD, RACI, RTM
- Knowledge of process flow diagrams for ITSM processes (e.g. incident and change management)
- Experience delivering service readiness in large transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Background in telecoms or large-scale enterprise environments preferred
- Active SC Security Clearance used within the last 12 months
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow (desirable)
- Exposure to Network / Infrastructure services (desirable)
- Experience working with suppliers and third-party vendors (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Design and govern the compliant Service Model aligned with contractual obligations
- Coordinate business change and transition activities
- Create and maintain governance artefacts such as SHLD, RACI, and RTM
- Develop process flow diagrams for ITSM processes
- Ensure service readiness for large transformation programmes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and drive adoption
Description
We are a global IT Consultancy based in London, engaged in delivering large-scale network solutions projects for a Telecoms end client. This is a 3-month hybrid contract position that offers flexibility with 2 to 3 days per week working remotely. We offer competitive compensation of up to £450 per day, outside IR35.
