QA Lead

As the QA Lead, I will expect you to: - Lead QA activities with a focus on hands-on experience in ETL testing and data migration. - Work within an Agile environment and collaborate effectively across multiple squads. - Apply estimation techniques and adhere to established quality processes throughout all testing phases. - Design, review, and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure complete coverage and alignment with requirements. - Create and manage test data, estimate execution timelines, and proactively identify and discuss any test issues that arise. - Maintain a requirements traceability matrix (RTM) for end-to-end coverage. - Manage defect logging, triage, and resolution, conducting regular "show and tell" sessions. - Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy across all squads, ensuring consistent testing standards are upheld. - Review and validate test artifacts for quality and compliance with our defined strategy. - Lead and mentor QA team members, providing coaching and performance guidance as needed. - Establish and refine testing processes to ensure efficient defect management and precise progress reporting. - Align testing objectives with the overall project and business goals.
