Requirements
Must:
- Prior experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk role
- Skills in repairing/supporting IT equipment and hardware
- Working knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems
- Experience with EPOS systems and related hardware (advantageous but not essential)
- Logical thinking and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Effective prioritisation and communication abilities
- Self-motivated and collaborative
- Willingness to provide out of hours support on a team rota basis
Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT Helpdesk Support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Perform hardware diagnostics and repair returned hardware
- Test and configure bespoke software solutions
- Liaise with suppliers to manage stock and oversee shipping, dispatch, and logistics
- Support and maintain EPOS systems and related hardware as needed
Description
We are an established and expanding IT solutions business located in Derby. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our head office. We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 plus a range of benefits including 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), a day off on your birthday, pension, life insurance, healthcare, out of hours bonus, and more.
