Requirements
Must:
- User Researcher experience with GDS / Government and/or NHS sector
- In-depth User Research experience in Agile teams and complex programmes
- Ability to translate findings into actionable insights
- Experience in leading User Research projects across public and private sectors
- Familiarity with User-Centred Design (UCD) methods in Agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence and persuade
- Strong facilitation skills for both remote and in-person User Research workshops
- Knowledge of Government / GDS and NHS Service Standards

We are a leading global IT and Digital transformation business specializing in government projects, offering a 6-month contract for a User Researcher position with remote/hybrid working options. Our team works primarily in a remote setting with occasional travel to our offices in Leeds and Reading. We provide an opportunity to drive impactful User Research in the public and private sectors, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
