We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead with extensive experience in TSOM implementation projects. Candidates should possess strong technical expertise with ServiceNow, particularly in modules such as ITSM, TSOM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, and custom applications. A solid background in ServiceNow integrations, including REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers, is essential. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) and a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow data models are also required. Additionally, familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT ecosystems is preferred.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Your tasks will include designing and implementing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Discovery while serving as a technical authority on ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices.
Description
This is a 6-month contract position based in Newbury, offering hybrid working arrangements with 2-3 days per week of remote work. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a global IT consultancy on a project for a telecommunications external client. We anticipate starting the role as soon as November or December 2025. Relevant qualifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), and ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are necessary for this position. The daily rate ranges from £400 to £450 and falls outside IR35 regulations.
