Must:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead with strong technical expertise in TSOM development and implementation projects. Ideal candidates will have in-depth experience with ServiceNow ITSM and other common modules such as TSOM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, and custom applications. A deep understanding of ServiceNow integrations, including REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers, is essential. You should also possess strong skills in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) and data models. Preferred qualifications include exposure to cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), and ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. You will serve as a technical authority on ServiceNow architecture and design best practices, ensuring strategic alignment with project goals. Your tasks will include designing and implementing CMDB and Discovery functionalities, as well as various ServiceNow integrations. You will be responsible for mentoring team members, contributing to project planning, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Description
This is a 6-month contract based in Newbury, offering hybrid working arrangements with the flexibility to work remotely for 2-3 days a week. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a global IT consultancy on a project for a telecoms external client. The start date is anticipated to be in December 2025.
