Requirements
Must:
- Strong ServiceNow technical expertise ideally on TSOM design, development, and implementation projects
- In-depth technical experience on ServiceNow ITSM and other common modules such as TSOM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, and custom applications
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations including REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing CMDB and Discovery
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) and ServiceNow data models
- Deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, serving as a technical authority on ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices
- Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT ecosystems preferred
- Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Collaborate with our global IT Consultancy team on a project for a Telecoms external client
- Work on ServiceNow integrations, ensuring they align with project requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members where necessary
- Test and troubleshoot ServiceNow solutions to ensure quality and functionality
Description
We are a global IT Consultancy based in Newbury, offering hybrid working arrangements that allow for 2-3 days of remote work each week. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients, particularly in the Telecoms sector. With a competitive daily rate of £400-450 and the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, we invite you to join us for a 6-month contract expected to commence in January or February 2026.
