Requirements
Must:
- Active SC Security Clearance, used on a project in the past 12 months
- Experience managing support services projects
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks
- ITIL V3 required, ITIL V4 preferred
- Preferred background in Banking / Financial Services domain
Responsibilities
- Support the Service Delivery Manager in daily activities
- Assist with day-to-day service operations across all Service Management practices
- Provide reporting, planning, and operational oversight
- Monitor service KPIs to ensure performance, quality, and compliance standards
- Communicate findings in service reviews
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership
- Participate in Major Incident resolution as needed

This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work 2 days a week remotely and 3 days a week on-site.
