Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience delivering production solutions
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket or similar)
- Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and collaborating closely with DevOps
- Ability to deliver business change on the Salesforce platform
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a delivery team
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification preferred
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Implement agreed designs and architectural direction
- Support the development and maintenance of integrations and other Salesforce ecosystem technologies
- Ensure Salesforce support activity is delivered within agreed SLAs
- Take ownership of complex or high-impact incidents when required
- Collaborate with the Business Change Team to understand clients strategic business goals and challenges
- Deliver business change in alignment with agreed priorities, roadmap, and delivery plans
Description
We are a global IT Consultancy based in London and Newbury, offering a hybrid working model where you will work 2 days a week remotely and 3 days a week from the office. We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer for a 6-month contract with a Telecoms end client to support a Salesforce solutions project. We offer a competitive day rate of £310 (Outside IR35) and are looking to have someone start ASAP in May/June 2026.
