Requirements
Must:
- 2–5+ years hands-on NetSuite administration or support experience
- Strong skills in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, workflows, and saved searches
- Background in troubleshooting, integrations, and general IT support
- Experience in project delivery, upgrades, and vendor management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite in a multi-site or complex environment is highly desirable
- Nice to Have: NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer)
- Nice to Have: Experience with SDF, dashboards, finance processes
Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day operational support for NetSuite and wider digital systems
- Troubleshooting issues, maintaining SLAs, and managing system documentation
- Building and enhancing workflows, SuiteScript (1.0/2.x), SuiteFlow, and dashboards
- Coordinating vendors, managing SLAs, and supporting governance & security
- Delivering improvements, integrations, UAT, and structured upgrades
- Collaborating with Finance, Operations, and Group IT to optimise systems and processes
- Ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and strong change control practices
