Requirements
Must:
- I have 3+ years of experience working with TPP SystmOne in a care or digital health environment.
- I possess a strong track record of building and managing templates, searches, protocols, and reports.
- I have a solid understanding of UK GP frameworks, including QOF, IIF, and Enhanced Services.
- I demonstrate excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- I will be involved in SystmOne development, designing and optimizing templates, protocols, alerts, and reporting tools.
- I will translate NHS contract requirements (QOF, IIF, Enhanced Services) into practical, user-friendly solutions.
- I will provide technical support, offering guidance and troubleshooting complex system issues.
- I will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to specification.
- I will maintain clear documentation and contribute to training and support materials.
- I will engage with stakeholders by participating in meetings with clients and external partners, shaping solutions to meet evolving NHS needs.
