Lead Developer

We are looking for a leader with strong hands-on development experience who is excited by the prospect of delivering meaningful technological change. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a hybrid team structure, showing a willingness to be onsite to understand business systems and stakeholder needs. Additionally, you should be capable of effectively managing both remote and in-house developers. Your technical skills and experience should include: - Strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, Vue.js, SQL, and MongoDB - Proven experience in designing and implementing complex software systems - A deep understanding of software architecture, scalability, and system optimization - Experience in agile development methodologies and best practices - Strong knowledge of cloud computing and AI integration (desirable) - Experience managing and mentoring development teams - Ability to foster strong relationships with remote and cross-functional teams - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure - Exceptional communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
