Requirements
Must:
- I seek experience with RPA tools and automation development.
- Familiarity with AI solutions and how they can be embedded in workflows is essential.
- I value strong problem-solving and technical skills, including expertise in scripting, integrations, and APIs.
- An eye for process improvement and delivering measurable results is crucial.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, C#, PowerShell) is required.
- I look for strong knowledge of APIs, data integration, and enterprise systems.
- Experience in process mapping and business analysis is necessary.
- Understanding of automation governance and best practices is expected.
Responsibilities
- I will assess business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
- I expect you to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using a range of RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- You will integrate AI capabilities (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure/OpenAI services) to extend automation use cases.
- Delivering end-to-end solutions, including analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and support, will be part of your role.
- I need you to ensure automation solutions meet governance, compliance, and security requirements.
- Working with stakeholders to provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and ongoing support will be essential.
- Monitoring and optimising automation performance for scalability and business value will also be your responsibility.
