Requirements
Must:
- IT Support experience, including service desk analysis and 1st/2nd line support
- Break/fix skills and the ability to manage hardware assets
- Knowledge of Windows servers and operating systems
- Hardware repair and maintenance experience
- Strong resolution skills with the ability to triage and escalate issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Manage technical support queries at service desk level
- Assist with assets and hardware tracking
- Manage the queue of tickets assigned
- Oversee stock management, including the management of kit in and out
- Effectively manage disposals that go through the required processes
- Perform hardware repairs when necessary
- Highlight potential issues with service and suggest improvements to Team Leader
- Follow any agreed processes and procedures, including site regulations
