Technical Architect

In this role, you will: - Conduct structured analyses of technical issues and translate findings into designs that outline solutions. - Offer design consultations and provide design patterns. - Identify and resolve deeper technical issues. - Seek opportunities for collaboration and the reuse of components while engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be expected to align your work with that of other architects, monitor emerging issues and strategies, and understand how other teams impact the delivery of outcomes. Your communication skills will aid in listening to stakeholder needs and effectively conveying architectural concepts. You will also be required to contribute to team efforts, motivate colleagues, and tackle team dynamics, ensuring a productive work environment. Architectural decision-making involves collaborating with peers to navigate risk and complexity, addressing relevant architectural risks, and engaging in governance discussions. In addition, you will support the development and implementation of strategies aligned with organizational goals, challenge existing assumptions, and utilize architectural principles when necessary. You will create and adapt technical designs throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance based on well-understood technologies.
