Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2 years+ experience as a .Net Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in the .Net Stack
- Experience developing mobile applications in Xamarin / .Net MAUI / Flutter
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, ideally Azure
- Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels
- Positive attitude towards feedback and the ability to generate initiatives to meet/exceed expectations
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of software applications
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices
- Lead initiatives that enhance customer experience in both online and offline environments
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and API specifications
