Requirements
Must:
- Active SC clearance
- Experience in user research within large scale projects
- Experience of designing and leading on multiple research activities
- Proven analytical and synthesis skills to transform data into actionable insights
- Experience in defining and measuring user outcome performance metrics
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of user research
- Ensure that our products and services are user-centric and evidence-based
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify research needs
- Design and implement research methodologies
- Analyze research data and present findings
Description
At Summer-Browning Associates, we are currently supporting a central government client in their search for a Senior User Researcher for an initial twelve-month assignment with the option to extend. This role is based in East Kilbride with the flexibility of hybrid working. We value user-centric design and are committed to delivering insights that inform our products and services.
