Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of support for customer queries via email, live chat, video call, or phone
- Work closely with Client Services Executives to filter technical tickets
- Make escalation decisions for complex tasks to Street Engineering teams
- Build knowledge of products Street.co.uk and Bridge
- Support and troubleshoot API-related issues
- Respond to system bugs and escalate to development team
- Obtain customer feedback and feature requests for development team
