Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years of commercial experience in UX or Product Design
- Experience working in cross-functional and agile SaaS product teams
- Proficient in all design levels from concept (sketching, designing flows, building prototypes) to final polishing
- Experience working with or developing design systems and design documentation
- Ability to demonstrate design experience through a portfolio
- Excellent problem definition and framing of design decisions using rationale, data, and research insights
- Proactive, approachable, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Create innovative UX and UI solutions that inspire the teams and customers
- Own design problems and their solutions from start to finish
- Ensure designs meet customer needs by involving them in the design process and advocating for users
- Iterate, test, and refine solutions to ensure end products effectively solve user problems
- Promote best practices within the company
- Encourage others to develop confidence and contribute to the design process
- Identify opportunities and help conduct research to better understand problems and test solutions
- Consider accessibility to ensure solutions comply with guidelines and are user-friendly for all
Description

Our hybrid work model allows for 2 days per week in our Horsham, West Sussex offices.
