Requirements
Must:
- I require strong JavaScript development experience, with knowledge of an established framework (preferably React) and modern patterns/tooling.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS (ideally SCSS and/or CSS-in-JS) is necessary.
- You should be confident in debugging, unit testing, and integration testing.
- A good eye for design and user experience is essential.
- Experience working with APIs and service-oriented architecture is expected.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and cross-functional collaboration is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- You will join our Brighton-based engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer and take part in designing and building new features for two brand new products that we are bringing to market in 2026.
- Your role will involve driving the innovative development of these new products within our development environment.
- You will primarily work on customer-facing websites and internal applications, leveraging React and TypeScript/JavaScript while integrating with Python APIs in a service-oriented, containerized environment.
