Requirements
Must:
- Experience in QA testing and automation
- Proficiency in designing and maintaining automated test suites
- Knowledge of acceptance criteria definition and test coverage for various applications
- Ability to perform exploratory testing on new features
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong documentation skills for results and defect tracking
- Experience in creating end-user documentation and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and issue resolution
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain automated test suites
- Define acceptance criteria and support test coverage across web, mobile, and API layers
- Perform exploratory testing on new features
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Document results and track defects to closure
- Create end-user documentation and manuals
- Investigate and reproduce reported issues
- Provide first-line support for our SaaS, UC, and AI applications
- Manage issue tracking and communication with developers and clients
- Collect and analyze feedback to drive improvements
