Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record of working with and contributing to engineering teams.
- Strong technical and soft problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues using development and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to contribute to meeting team sprint goals.
- Strong agile engineering behaviors and capabilities.
- Collaboration skills to work closely with internal design teams.
- Exemplary communication skills, capable of assessing and delivering information appropriate to the audience.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in React Native (or similar framework).
- Good JavaScript / TypeScript experience.
- Experience working with APIs.
- Knowledge of Git.
- Experience in app signing, deployment, Google Play, Appstore Connect, Appcenter, and TestFlight.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
- Experience with push notifications.
- Knowledge of SQL Server.
- Understanding of C# or a similar back-end framework to connect APIs.
- Experience with NFC technology.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and TDD methodologies.
- Understanding of agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- I will work within a team of engineers to establish and maintain stable, well-engineered software systems.
- I will develop and enhance features within our platforms, addressing development challenges.
- I will collaborate with colleagues across different platforms to coordinate development efforts.
- I will participate in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies to contribute to development direction and company processes.
- I will work closely with the support office on client requests, issues, and testing.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Application Developer (ideally with a good knowledge of the React Native framework). Our team builds mobile applications using the React Native CLI, and this position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the development stages of a new software platform. The role is office-based Monday to Friday, with some flexible working as required.
