Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience working with Education platforms such as Arbor, ESS SIMS, RM Integris or Bromcom
- Experience administering and configuring Educational IT Systems applications such as BROMS, CPOMS or similar
- Excellent interpersonal skills to convey ideas and concepts to all levels of colleagues
- Ability to support classroom delivery, SEND processes, and safeguarding workflows
- Identifying and delivering system improvements that enhance educational outcomes
- Expertise in managing user access, permissions and automated workflows tailored to educational tasks
- Providing day-to-day system support, training, and guidance to education teams
- Supporting audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements
- Working with data and reporting to support insight and decision-making
- Ability to use SQL for querying databases and advanced Excel skills (desirable)
- Experience with integration systems like Power BI or Tableau (desirable)
- Knowledge of UK GDPR (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Administration, configuration and continuous improvement of education and safeguarding systems
- Collaborating closely with school leaders, SEND professionals, and safeguarding teams
- Ensuring systems are compliant, user-friendly and support high-quality educational delivery
- Providing reliable, high-quality technology to support educational teams
- Identifying and implementing large-scale system changes
- Bridging the gap between technical system maintenance and operational needs
- Supporting audits, inspections, and meeting regulatory requirements
