Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a helpdesk environment providing technical support
- Proficient in Windows Server, MS Office, and Office 365
- Familiarity with Operating Systems in Windows and Linux (useful)
- Knowledge of Active Directory and MS Exchange (useful)
- Understanding of Intune, Zabbix monitoring, Solarwinds, and Networking (beneficial but not essential)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent written and documentation skills
- Customer-oriented with a focus on resolving issues
- Organized and self-motivated
- Problem solver with the ability to think creatively
Responsibilities
- Manage helpdesk tickets and inquiries submitted via email and Live Chat
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
- Update and maintain products, users, passwords, and data for fully managed clients
- Provide 2nd line technical support on software servers, desktop PCs, networks, and email servers
- Handle complex technical troubleshooting with in-depth knowledge
- Assist with server maintenance, networking, and system administration
- Escalate tickets to 3rd line support when appropriate
- Run software and security updates remotely on Windows-based systems
- Perform general support admin tasks, including updating the internal knowledge base and customer wiki
- Document technical fixes in the ticketing system to build a knowledge base
