Responsibilities
As a member of our 1st Line Support team, you will be responsible for:
- Answering the helpdesk phone line and managing the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Addressing general queries from customers.
- Investigating issues and resolving them whenever possible.
- Ensuring all queries are responded to within designated timeframes.
- Logging bugs and effectively communicating them to our development team for resolution.
- Performing basic account management tasks such as registering or canceling software licenses, adjusting settings, and providing training to clients.
- Assisting with the launch of new clients.
- Collaborating with third-party partners to resolve issues related to API integrations.
