Requirements
Must:
- Current, non-expired Citrix certification, including one or more of the following: CCA-V, CCP-V, or CC-V (latest versions only)
- Proven experience as a Citrix SME or Senior Citrix Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
- Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)
- Strong Windows Server administration skills
- Solid understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, load balancing, firewalls)
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and profile management
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Advanced Citrix certification (CCP-V or CC-V) – preferred
- VMware certification (VCP or higher) – preferred
- Experience with cloud or hybrid VDI environments (Azure, AWS) – preferred
- PowerShell or automation experience – preferred
Responsibilities
- Act as the Citrix SME and highest-level escalation point
- Design, implement, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments
- Administer and optimize Citrix ADC (NetScaler), StoreFront, Director, and Studio
- Architect, support, and optimize VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter)
- Lead platform upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management
- Troubleshoot complex issues across Citrix, VMware, Windows Server, networking, and storage
- Ensure performance, availability, security, and scalability of virtual environments
- Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members
