SAP Systems/Business Expert

- Administer SAP Users – creation, maintenance, and archiving using SAP GRC10 system - Grant access for new starters while minimizing audit conflicts - Provide information regarding conflicts to IT & Systems Manager and SOD Manager, propose alternative roles - Arrange temporary access for short-term cover - Archive leavers to prevent unnecessary license charges - Animate and support the Companys User Network - Support and train Key Users to assist local colleagues - Ensure Key Users raise support tickets for minor issues - Promote best practices between Key Users and Business units - Maintain the integrity of master data for customers, vendors, materials, and more - Facilitate MWST (VAT) entries in coordination with Finance department - Act as the first contact for SAP Key User queries - Support and guide the business with SAP general issues - Create SAP tickets for unresolved issues and monitor their progress - Support SAP Key Users with testing and close tickets upon resolution acceptance - Create SAP evolution tickets for changes required - Liaise with the business to understand the need for evolutions - Plan for necessary SAP changes with the business - Report on progress and review ticket costs against benefits - Run monthly reports to ensure all sales are invoiced and unnecessary orders are closed - Ensure non-standard and new flows are correctly set up in SAP - Maintain a document repository for all SAP activities and tasks - Create new documents for areas lacking coverage
