Requirements

- A full UK driver's license and own vehicle are essential.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hands-on IT support role.
- Good working knowledge of Windows 7/10/11 and Windows Server.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and various email and antivirus applications.
- Experience in PC/Mac/laptop installation, diagnostics, and fault finding.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including firewalls, switches, routers, and cabling.
- Familiarity with WordPress.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in our shop/office and via telephone.
- Assist shop customers with issues related to PCs, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.
- Conduct visits to local clients to resolve software and networking issues.
- Offer business support for Office 365 access and tackle PC, printer, and network router issues.
- Manage website administration tasks.
- Support and set up VOIP phone systems.

Description
We are excited to recruit an IT Support Technician for our long-established client in the Swadlincote area. This is a full-time, office-based position (remote working is not an option), with working hours from Monday to Friday, totaling 35 hours per week. There will be significant customer interaction, so excellent customer service skills are a must.
