Solution Lead (JavaScript, C#, Azure)

- Solid foundation from previous hands-on experience in full stack development (e.g., .NET, modern front-end frameworks such as Vue, React, Nuxt, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) - Strong understanding of how front-end applications integrate with back-end APIs, including state management, asynchronous operations, and authentication flows - Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL API consumption and integration, including security considerations and cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred) - Working knowledge of architecture patterns, performance optimisation strategies, and security best practices - Awareness of content delivery approaches, accessibility standards, and regulatory compliance requirements (GDPR & PECR) - Experience with analytics and tag management platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), A/B testing tools, personalisation engines, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks - Extensive experience in designing solutions within the ecommerce sector, translating complex requirements into actionable designs for delivery teams - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms to senior stakeholders - Skilled in facilitating workshops, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs, ensuring clarity and alignment across business and technical teams - Strong stakeholder management skills, balancing commercial priorities with technical rigor
