Requirements
Must:
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDKs, with a deep understanding of Jetpack libraries, Compose and modern Android architecture components.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Familiarity with Android Studio, GitHub, mobile CI/CD tools, automated testing frameworks and the Play store deployment process.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality Android applications in Agile environments.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with design systems and translating Figma or Sketch designs into pixel-perfect implementations.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Firebase), crash reporting tools (Crashlytics), and user feedback loops.
- Understanding of mobile security best practices, GDPR compliance, and accessibility standards.
- Experience using backlog management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban and working in cross-functional product teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the Android version of the mobile app, ensuring a pixel-perfect and luxurious experience for customers.
- Collaborate with Agile cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.
- Ensure clean architecture and elegant code throughout the development process.
- Translate design specifications from Figma or Sketch into the Android app.
- Implement and manage RESTful APIs and mobile architecture patterns.
- Conduct automated testing and manage CI/CD processes for mobile development.
- Monitor application performance and adherence to best practices regarding security and compliance.
