Salesforce Technical Business Analyst

In this role, I will expect you to act as the primary conduit between the Business and Technology teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications. You will lead the discovery phase, focusing on Salesforce-related aspects and guiding the requirements gathering process in collaboration with Business Analysts to understand future business processes, ensuring comprehensive coverage of user stories. You will support business and technical refinement sessions to ensure alignment with business needs and create wireframes using the Salesforce Figma plugin to assist in discovery and requirement definition. Furthermore, you will help define the appropriate story structure and size for logical Salesforce delivery, ensuring that necessary artifacts are presented to enable solution design and accurate estimation. It will also be your responsibility to advocate for configuration-based solutions over coding, conduct functional reviews of developed stories to ensure they meet business needs before passing them to QA, and support client acceptance testing (UAT) while liaising with the development team to identify required changes. Acting as the single point of contact for QA, you will triage and prioritize bugs for review by the Product Owner, and you will deliver demos to the core team and wider stakeholders, showcasing key features and functionality.
