Requirements
Must:
- I am seeking candidates with strong experience (8 years) in SAP Payroll, including configuration, schema modifications, and testing.
- An in-depth knowledge of UK and Irish payroll legislation and processes is essential.
- Experience with SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration and Time Management (both positive and negative) is required.
- A background in SAP support and handling change requests is necessary.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to analyze and recommend process improvements confidently.
Responsibilities
- I will rely on you to deliver expert SAP HCM Payroll services for our UK and Ireland customers.
- You will handle configuration, enhancement, and support activities within SAP Payroll.
- You will support annual payroll patching processes.
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices will be part of your role.
- You will participate in small-scale projects and change requests.
- Providing day-to-day functional and technical support in a managed services environment will be expected.
Description
This role is for a SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our talented UK Managed Services team, which includes experienced SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll consultants. You will support a wide range of customers and deliver high-quality SAP HCM payroll services across our managed services portfolio. Your tasks will involve ad hoc configuration changes, annual payroll patching support, process improvement recommendations, and participation in mini-projects. You will work closely with customers, helping them implement best practice solutions while collaborating with a high-performing team of experts. This is a remote-based position with minimal travel requirements.
Desirable skills include an understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and integration between Employee Central (EC) and SAP ERP, SuccessFactors certification in at least one module, and basic ABAP development or debugging skills.
