Requirements
Must:
- Deep experience with One Identity products, including Safeguard and Active Roles
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
- Expertise in Azure SSO, Conditional Access Policies, and JIT provisioning
- Detailed knowledge of delivering Infrastructure Automation and Orchestration using Ansible, Terraform, and GitLab
- Hands-on experience with Linux (Ubuntu/Red Hat), Kubernetes, and Docker
- Strong background in VMWare VCF with a focus on Data Centre management and Backup/DR strategies
- Solid understanding of zScaler products and Enterprise networking
- Technical knowledge of Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Infrastructure Security hardening
- Proven experience in Azure FinOps and cost optimization to ensure cloud efficiency and value
- Ability to build consensus and drive technical direction at all levels
- Agility to move between long-term strategic thinking and hands-on troubleshooting
- Proactive leadership approach to coaching and mentoring teams
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the 3-5 year infrastructure roadmap, ensuring the platform remains resilient and secure
- Manage Identity services, including Entra ID, Active Directory, and Privileged Access Management
- Lead the migration from on-prem to Azure/AWS, maintaining the integrity of a software-defined data centre architecture
- Transition the environment to Infrastructure as Code, leveraging Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Partner with InfoSec and Architecture teams to establish security and agility guidelines for the infrastructure
- Educate internal teams on modern principles and accelerate delivery programs as a hands-on leader
- Participate in the on-call rota as needed
