Requirements
Must:
- 8 years in software engineering
- 2 years in leadership (Lead Engineer / CTO)
- Hands-on experience in regulated environments (fintech, trading, or gambling)
- Backend expertise (Rust preferred)
- Knowledge of relational databases, API design, and blockchain integration
- Familiarity with smart contracts, oracles, bridges, and authentication/security protocols
- Strong problem-solving, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration skills
- Experience in prediction markets, sports betting, or real-time fintech apps (nice to have)
- Prior work with distributed teams or open-source/crypto IP contributions (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and innovation of smart contracts and hybrid on/off-chain systems
- Ensure regulatory compliance with CFTC-aligned systems, KYC/AML, secure settlements, and audit trails
- Manage and mentor developers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team
- Roll up your sleeves to debug, optimize, and prototype solutions
- Define and execute the tech roadmap across infrastructure, APIs, and integrations
