Requirements

Must:
We seek candidates with deep expertise in Identity Access Management frameworks, policies, and standards. Candidates should have hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Privilege Manager, and similar solutions. A strong understanding of access controls, user provisioning, de-provisioning, and privileged access management is essential. Proficiency in implementing and managing security policies aligned with industry standards like ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR is required. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills are a must, as is proven ability to manage third-party vendors, define SOWs, and oversee service delivery. We also need someone who can analyze access-related risks and respond effectively during security incidents and who has experience in developing and enforcing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.

As our IAM Lead, you will spearhead enterprise-wide identity and access management initiatives, leading a talented team and collaborating with top-tier partners. You will be responsible for ensuring the organization's cybersecurity resilience through innovative IAM solutions. Your role will involve managing IAM systems in complex, multi-site environments, developing strategic security roadmaps, and establishing governance frameworks.

Candidates should be willing to collaborate across departments, including IT, HR, Data Privacy, and Compliance. Experience working with external partners and vendors in delivering IAM solutions is beneficial. We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, along with at least 7 years in cybersecurity, including 3 years focused on IAM leadership roles. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent, as well as familiarity with multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and orphan account mitigation, are advantageous.
