Responsibilities
- Design, develop, verify, test, document and refactor complex applications, scripts and integration services
- Participate in and lead peer code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards
- Select and apply appropriate development methods, tools and techniques
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to shape and formalise new solution designs
- Work alongside Product Owners, QA, UX, engineers and end users to deliver features aligned to business and user needs
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Play an active role in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team culture and delivery excellence
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team on a hybrid contract basis, working three days per week on-site in Warwick. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust front-end and back-end solutions, while also contributing to our technical strategy and best practices within an Agile environment. We offer competitive pay at a day rate of £510 inside IR35 for a duration of 6 months.
