Must:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Proven End User Support experience
- Proficient in Windows, Mac OS, and MS Office
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of network security and antivirus practices
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Level 2 support for desktops, networks, MS Office, and peripheral devices
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Installing, maintaining, and upgrading IT systems
- Training users and maintaining technical documentation
- Responding promptly to user queries via phone, email, or chat
Description
We are located in Wokingham/Warwick, UK, and this position requires you to be in the office for 5 days a week. The day rate for this role is £276.25 (Inside IR35), and the duration of the contract is 6 months.
