Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with proven experience working in a T2 environment, managing PostgreSQL deployments. You should be skilled in designing and deploying new instances of PostgreSQL, as well as executing other DBA activities such as indexing, storage management, and query optimization. Additionally, you should have experience optimizing PostgreSQL usage and be familiar with AWS (particularly Lambda) and Linux.
Responsibilities
As a Database Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include managing and maintaining PostgreSQL databases, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting ongoing projects. You will design and deploy new PostgreSQL instances and execute various DBA tasks to ensure database reliability and efficiency.
Description
This is a contract position with a start date as soon as possible and a duration of 6 to 12 months. The role is based in London, requiring onsite presence three days per week. Pay is negotiable depending on experience, and please note that this position falls inside IR35. Candidates must possess active SC clearance to start.
