Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with D365 HR, AX 2012, and key HR modules.
- Minimum of 3-4 end-to-end D365 implementation projects.
- Experience with data migration in D365 HR.
- Solid communication, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
- Ability to work remotely with regular client-site travel.
- Qualifications: MBA, M.Com, B.Com, B.Tech, B.E, or equivalent degree.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O (HR domain expertise preferred).
Responsibilities
- I will analyse and document business requirements and processes.
- I will convert client requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
- I will configure, test, and demonstrate D365 HR functionality.
- I will support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-User Training.
- I will lead and manage small projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- I will facilitate client meetings and drive decision-making.
- I will provide weekly status reports to the project team.

We are a leading global consulting firm's Microsoft Business Applications Practice (MBAP) and we are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM HR Lead Functional Consultant to collaborate with business users and internal teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. This position is hybrid with 1-2 days per week in Lincolnshire, and we offer competitive pay INSIDE IR35, which is negotiable. We look forward to welcoming you on board to make significant contributions to our projects starting ASAP for a duration of 6-12 months.
