Requirements
Must:
We expect you to have at least 15 years of experience in banking and financial services. You should possess expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman. A strong knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, and banking regulations is essential. We value proven leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. Additionally, experience with Branch and Teller Applications and M&A integrations is crucial for this role. It would be desirable if you also have experience managing technology integrations during mergers and acquisitions.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will define and implement the application roadmap, ensuring it aligns with our business goals. You will assess the current architecture and propose innovative, scalable solutions. Establishing and enforcing enterprise architecture standards while ensuring regulatory compliance will be part of your role. You will lead technology integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions and collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver effective solutions. Providing bi-weekly updates to the COO on progress, risks, and recommendations is also a key responsibility.
Description
We are looking for a skilled individual to fulfill the role of AI Security Architect, with a start date as soon as possible for a duration of 6-12 months. This position is a high-profile contract role, requiring you to work in a hybrid model—spending 2 days on-site in Reading, Berkshire. The pay for this role is inside IR35, with compensation of up to £515 per day. Your efforts will be directed towards ensuring technological alignment, scalability, and integration during our mergers and acquisitions.
