Requirements
Must:
- Solid experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, and firewalls
- Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Confident in handling 2nd line escalations and working in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to grow technically
- MSP experience is a bonus but not essential
Responsibilities
As a 2nd Line IT Engineer, I will be working with a variety of technologies and clients. My role involves providing top-tier technical support and engaging in transformation projects while being mentored towards advanced areas such as cloud architecture and cyber defense. I will take on responsibilities that require confident handling of escalations and effective communication with team members and clients.
