Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in senior technical or 3rd Line roles
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
- Hands-on experience with Azure, virtualization & infrastructure design
- Solid networking knowledge including firewalls, switching, VPNs, and security
- Confident mentoring and supporting other engineers
- Calm under pressure and trusted as a technical authority
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical escalation point for the team
- Guide and mentor other engineers in their growth and development
- Shape infrastructure decisions and standards within the team
- Lead complex cloud, infrastructure, and security projects
- Ensure high-quality technical work with ownership and trust
- Influence the direction of technology and engineering practices
