Requirements
Must:
- Strong 3rd Line experience within an MSP environment
- Experience delivering infrastructure or cloud migration projects
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server environments
- Strong experience with Azure & Microsoft 365
- Virtualisation experience (Hyper-V / VMware)
- Solid networking fundamentals (firewalls, switching, VPNs)
- Strong documentation and client-facing communication skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver Azure migrations, server upgrades, and infrastructure modernisation projects
- Manage cloud transformation projects across a diverse client base
- Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure successful project delivery and support
- Take ownership of project timelines and client communications
- Document project progress and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
