Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in an application or software support role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on testing and quality
- Ability to manage workload and work effectively under pressure
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn new technologies
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps, or software lifecycle management (Nice to Have)
- Experience with APIs and application integrations (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of Postman, XMLSpy, or similar testing tools (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to C#, SQL, XML, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, IIS, or SQL Server (Nice to Have)
- Experience using Visual Studio, Azure DevOps or Git (Nice to Have)
Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for client support requests
- Investigate, track, and resolve application issues efficiently
- Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts on software improvements
- Participate in testing and application deployments
- Gain exposure to modern development tools and technologies
