Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in application or software support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Clear communication skills for explaining technical issues to clients and colleagues
- Keen attention to detail, especially in testing and issue resolution
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Self-driven with a willingness to learn new technologies
- Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps processes (Nice to Have)
- Experience with APIs and system integrations (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of Postman, XMLSpy, or similar testing platforms (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to C#, SQL, XML, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, IIS, or SQL Server (Nice to Have)
- Experience using Visual Studio, Git, or Azure DevOps (Nice to Have)
Responsibilities
- Ensure applications run smoothly and respond to client issues
- Support software deployments and troubleshoot complex application problems
- Coordinate with developers to implement fixes
- Assist with testing and improvements
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement in the tech team
